San Francisco Hotels

While looking for a place to crash in San Francisco you should know that San Francisco Hotel prices are definitely on the higher end. San Francisco Hotels are possibly the most expensive in the United States so make sure that you make your travel plans wisely or you might end up spending a pretty penny on your hotel alone. Here are a couple of reasonably priced Hotels that I was able to find that didn’t clean out the checkbook yet the accommodations were reasonable.

Grand Plaza Hotel

If you are looking for views of Chinatown or are looking for a decent budget room than the Grand Plaza Hotel is a good choice. Prices can range anywhere from $90 - $150 per night. It is conveniently located close to high-end Shopping, Chinatown and the financial district.

Hotel Whitcomb

Another reasonably priced San Francisco Hotel is the Whitcomb. This former government building, although you couldn’t tell by its elegant lobby, offers views of Market Street and City Hall. Prices for the Whitcomb can range from $90 - $250 a night during the high seasons. Located in the Civic Center Area, it is conveniently located close to the Asian Art Museum, Davis Symphony Hall and the War Memorial Opera House.

Hotel Boheme

A nice Hotel with a little bit of history is the Hotel Boheme. The Hotel Boheme is enjoyed by artists and poets due to its lovely scenery and ambiance. Although a little bit on the higher price for the Hotels we are listing here it more than makes up for it with its personality. The Boheme ranges in price from $150 - $200 per night. Overlooking Fisherman’s wharf you can easily find many fine dining locations and scenic views of the bay from here.

Golden Gate Hotel

A quaint 4 story hotel located next to Union Square is the Golden Gate. Boasting Rooms with antiques and wicker pieces you will definitely get a certainly quaint feel while staying here. Cookies and Tea are served in the downstairs parlor. Prices for this San Francisco Hotel ranges from $90 - $149 per night.
